i've noticed my cervix is very low and very firm. is this normal? it has been like this for about a month and i am not pregnant.

Possibly: A firm cervix is normal if you are not pregnant. A very low cervix may or not be normal. You would not be in the normal age group for pelvic organ prolapse. See your doctor of an exam.
