Please do not: Rely on that , it is not specific and I do not recommend self checking your own cervix, if you are concerned please do a home urine test they are quite accurate and if it is neg and u are still worried please let someone do a blood preg test.

You can't : You cannot see your cervix, only a physician with a speculum can see cervix. It is very difficult or next to impossible to tell if you are pregnant just by looking at your cervix. Further into a pregnancy, around 20 weeks (4-5 months) the cervix turns a little bluer, called chadwick's sign. But by then you can see a big belly.
