Yesterday, my primary dr. said i had fluid in ears which was i think sinusitis. taking z pac for it. have buzzing in left ear. how long til i get well?

Get fluid drained: The pressure from the fluid is probably causing the buzzing. In addition to the antibiotic you should be getting your nasal passages cleared so that your ear will drain. Try a netti pot or nasal saline. You can also use an antihistamine for a few days.
