Steroid and cocktail: is a strange prescription. Viral sinusitis (if that is what it is) should clear up without steroids. You might have something else. If your cheeks are very red or painful or tender,or you have a fever you need to be seen again. Meanwhile, best way to cool cheeks is a gel mask, keep one in fridge and wear the other.
