Bleeding. : Elevated blood sugars should not give you a tendency towards bleeding. Taking a lot of aspirin, on the other hand, can lead to bleeding when you otherwise would not. However, generally speaking, one would presume there would be some reason to be bleeding in this context. Gynecological examination is in order.
