Not typically: Unless you have underlying disorder of your blood platelets, vaginal bleeding due to Aspirin is unlikely. Vaginal bleeding between periods is rarely an emergency room situation. Better, make an appointment with your doctor to discuss your bleeding pattern, he/she may decide to order some tests to check your body's ability to make a blood clot. If you are bleeding heavier than a period, go to er.
