Dental treatment: There is a cost to dental treatment, but the cost of treatment is much less than the cost of delay. Please don't put off care. Your Dentist can work with you to manage finances. And once you do update your oral health, make sure to go for regular professional care rather than putting it off.

Dear scared: First, only by visiting a dentist can you find out what treatment is needed and the fees involved. Second, don't search for bargains as what you want is value and not cost. One usually gets what one pays for. Third, please value your health, comfort and well being. That's more important that money. See a qualified caring dentist and work things out. You will be happier in the end.

I don't know: What your circumstances are, but try to find a free dental clinic or a dental school in your area.

Don't be scared...: Quality prosthetics will not be inexpensive, but they will last you a long time, so it's not as if you need to have new dentures made every year. If you consider the comfort and terrific appearance of a new prosthesis, you'll appreciate the time and effort taken to make them just right.

Fees vary: from location to location. Consider contacting a dental college or clinic that may have a sliding fee schedule based on income.
