See doctor: What kind of nasal spray you have been using and are you aiming the spray nozzle towards the sides of the nose and not the center? If you have used your nasal steroid properly without any relief after a week of use, it is time to consult an allergist. If you have been using nasal decongestant spray for more than a week, you may have a rebound issue which often requires oral steroid to reverse.
