Explanation : One of the side effect of cholesterol lowering medications is muscle pain at any locations. You need to be checked by doctor if this pain will worsening.

Rhycol: Is a plant sterol believed to lower Cholesterol. I have reviewed some studies and review of Rhycol and would not recommend it for my patients or family due inconclusive evidence of its effectiveness and not well described side effect profile. A court review in South Africa found the claims of its manufacturer as false advertising . I do not know your specific case. See a doctor to be sure
