My daughter has lymphadema and she will be traveling on a plane for 10 hours, what can she do to avoid her legs to swell?

Lymphedema treatment: I recommend to see a lymphedema specialist. Lymphedema can be managed by these professionals. A 10 hour plane ride is extremely long and could be a problem for someone like your daughter. She should have a proper evaluation (including arterial ultrasound to make sure there are no blockages), then she could be 'wrapped' to squeeze out tissue fluid (lymph), and possibly receive tight hose. See doc!
