Other signs?: Sounds like,growing pains. Now, are there other signs of inflammation, such as swelling, redness, or warmth on the site of pain? If so, consult with doctor again, as soon as possible. Also, you mention they occur frequently, but what do you mean by that? At what time of the day do they occur? Is the pain relieved by gentle massage? Do you give him medication? All of this information is necessary.
