The other day i fell and hit my lower right side by kidney area. still tender when i lay on back, slightly bruised. hit upper buttocks too. worry?

Fell: As long as it is getting better there is nothing to worry about. If you start noting blood in the urine then you have to get this seen to or if the pain has been getting worse. Bruising is quite normal also.
