Yesterday morning i fell down our staircase app 5-6 steps. i now have a massive black/purlpe bruise on my lower back that got larger as the day went on. my arms are sore and stiff at the back of them and my left arm is sore when i lift it. right?

Seek medical : attention ASAP! The degree of bruising suggests a vertebal fracture... (transverse process, endplate etc) Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
