wbc 45/hpf in urine. no symptoms , urine culture negative , kidney function tests normal , normal ultrasound . why is it high?

Pyuria. : Given the work-up you've had thus far, this could be something like interstitial cystitis. At this point, some more expanded blood testing and a cystoscopy would be useful.
