Skin coloured bumps (rarely itchy) over area near elbow,knee and wrist. disappears and reappear after 1-2 hours. worsen after having food?

Uncertain: How long after eating would you note this reaction since food allergic reaction usually occurs within 2 hours after eating and usually associated with itching. I suspect also that you may have a dry skin issue and suggest that you apply a moisturizer on your skin <3 minutes after bathing and see if this helps. Does exercise or after a hot shower induce the same reaction? Let's hear from others.
