Possibilities are...: Greetings.The bumps described can be from several different causes. Viruses can cause firm flesh colored bumps that are similar to warts. Mites such as scabies can look like this in early stages. Sensitive skin can also cause these types of bumps. Some of these causes require treatment and some just obsevation. I recommend a visit to your Pediatrician to asses if treatment is needed. Best regards.
