On my mri it said probable adenomyosis, since it says "probable" i am concerned- is there a chance these spots on the muscular wall are cancer?

Not likely: Adenomyosis is normal endometrium displaced into the muscle wall of the uterus. Can cause pelvic/uterine pain, sometimes requires hysterectomy to control pain.
