Hello..i have been very very dizzy for the past week. period started friday then stopped by monday. occasional spotting since then. cold symptoms 35yo?

Myriad: Dizziness is one of the most difficult diagnoses to sort out sometimes. Almost anything can cause it: cardiac, psychiatric, endocrine, etc. For this one, I would first guess that you have Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). I think the period is not related. You may need to confirm this with your Family Doc. Look up Epley's maneuvers. If you're no better, go get checked out!
