Pregnancy test: I would suggest a pregnancy test since your last menstrual period was over 7 weeks ago. Unless your periods are very irregular, pregnancy is usually the cause for a missed period, especially if you are sexually active without birth control and no protection (condom). The slight spotting does not sound like a period and might have been due to abrasions from sex. I would suggest you visit your doc
