Periods: 3 per month: Bleeding can occur at any time for a variety of reasons, but generally if multiple times over several months it is due to non-ovulatory cycles, and is due to irregular maturity of the lining of the womb. You should consult a healthcare professional (GYN) who can do tests to determine the cause and correct it. Heavy stress can cause irregular bleeding multiple times a month.

Metro-menorrhagia: If you are having prolonged, excessive and irregular menstrual blood loss then you might possibly be anaemic, which could be the reason for the fatigue and dizziness. A low thyroid can also cause fatigue and abnormal menses. Other possibilities need to be considered. Best to go see your physician for a thorough check-up.
