Execsive ear wax after 3 day and a lot of dead skin on the inner ear how do i help this?

Ear Wax: Not sure what "after 3 day" means. Normal ears make wax. Some make more than others. Some people's wax is dry and hard. It may help to rinse the ear with dilute hydrogen peroxide. You can buy a kit with a rubber "syringe" in the drug store. Ask the pharmacist to help find the right product for an ear rinse. Don't overdo it. An occasional rinse is ok, frequent rinses are irritating.

Ear wax: If you need excessive buildup of ear wax removed, get irrigation treatment by your physician. To prevent future ear wax buildup, insert one drop of hydrogen peroxide in each ear canal daily.
