Herpes??: Tingling and rash of different degree is very suspicious for heroes virus. Tingling may start way before rash appears. If you see small blisters like , painful ... see your Doc ASAP to get antiviral treatment... ( Zovirax, Valtrex..) . Avoid sexual activities till it disappears.
