?: You want to ask the doctor who ordered those tests, besides you haven't mentioned which IgG and which IgM! generally speaking IgG antibodies denotes older exposure to a microorganism, and IgM antibodies denotes active or current infection with a microorganism, if that can answer your query, best wishes for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
