Not quite: that not necessarily low, unless you are having symptoms of low blood pressure.

Depends: Any problems with dizziness on standing, fainting, lethargy, etc. ? Your blood pressure just needs to be high enough to push your blood through your organs so they work right. The 120/80 number is just a target which we hope people don't go too much over. If you function normally in your active life this is fine for you.
