I have submandibular lymphnode swelling. i can only feel 2.. 1 on each side and they are non painful. maybe 3 cm? normal? could anorexia cause this?

NO: anorexia is not the cause...oral infection and on occasion submaxillary (saliva) gland swelling are more likely "the culprits"...Consult your Oral Health Provider for a definite diagnosis. Hope this is helpful Dr Z
