More Hx and exam: More history is needed. Do you have a fever? Do you have chest pains or trouble breathing? You could have allergies, an ear or sinus infection, strep throat, bronchitis, or even pneumonia. I suggest an exam at a clinic as soon as possible. I wish you well with your health.
