Two separate: Eye allergies can be controlled with topical antihistamine and often with nasal steroid (on the nose only) as well. Eye allergies may lead to dryness but people can have both with artificial or Rx anti-inflammatory eye drop needed. If you have allergies, best Rx is avoidance of allergens. Otherwise allergy shots may be the answer.
