Fear Response: Interesting Question... The physiological response to fear whether in a movie or a haunted house can produce Stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. Your blood pressure and heart rate increase. You start breathing faster. Even your blood flow changes. This may have an impact on the baby. I would say once or twice is not a problem, but frequently may create issues.
