Ovulatory cyst: Likely to be an ovulatory cyst, period flow should follow in two weeks or so, or pregnancy. A persistent cyst can be evaluated by your doctor.

More details: are needed. If it is a "simple" cyst and you are premenopausal it is likely a benign functional cyst and will resolve in a couple of cycles. If you are postmenopausal, it is still probably benign, but longer serial follow up may be necessary.
