Nasal blockage: MAY be the result of a deviated septum between the two nostrils. This requires surgery to open things up. Please see your doctor as a start. If not helpful consider natural anti-inflammatory such as Turmeric capsules. Peace and good health.

See doctor: I agree with the comment that you need to make sure that there is no anatomic blockage such as a septal deviation (usually one side is constantly obstructed but can less commonly be both sides). Absent any injury prior to the blockage , I suspect that you more likely have an allergic condition for which a nasal steroid spray would help. See allergist if needed.
