I have singular red, flat, dots on my hands and legs. They don't come clustered at all, they just come as one singular dot and are scattered throughout my legs and hands. I've had them for months. CBC Diff is normal. What is this? Petechiae?
I posted my cbc results I wanted to add that my legs, hands, and arms are red and hot to touch. My legs have like purple areas(blood pooling?) They are swelling a little. I do have high blood pressure, and repeating UTIS. why are they doing this?

My rbc is at 5.9, hemoglobin is at 18 gm/dL, and hemotacrit is at 54%. I have burning pain, redness, itching through my feet, hands, extremities, and even in my face. Heat makes symptoms worse. Could these cbc numbers be the cause of my symptoms?
