Too young!`: You are MUCH TOO YOUNG for all these medical issues!!! You need a visit with an INTERNIST for a complete evaluation and if "negative perhaps a mental health evaluation. Good Luck Hope this helps Dr Z

Thyroid?: Have you had your thyroid checked? A low thyroid would result in decreased energy or fatigue.
