Vertigo + sinus: May be related as the sinus congestion can affect the middle ear. If you are able to take fluids orally you may find a combination of over the counter decongestants for the nose/sinus and/or over the counter medicaitons for nausea (eg meclozine) may help here. However if struggling with ongoing vomiting not unreasonable to go to aferhours/A and M/ED in this circumstance for evaluation.

Stemitil: The most likely cause for your vertigo & vomiting is an infection that has affected the inner ear. Commonly the virus that causes an upper respiratory tract infection will spread to the vestibular organ (in the inner ear, controls balance). These symptoms tend to gradually get better but can be improved by taking a medicine like promethazine (stemitil) which you can buy from a pharmacy.
