Agree w Dr. Lange: If symptoms of derealization or depersonalization are new to you - that would let your doctor know promptly. Hopefully, you are being followed by a psychiatrist with Bipolar I disorder. If this is chronic - then advise your psychiatrist at next session or sooner.
