No, usually...: Seeing renal vascular calcification is not uncommon and usually an incidental finding on imaging studies for other causes such as hematuria, kidney infection, stones, etc. . Of course, such patient needs to look into if having similar calcification in other arteries like aorta, since it is merely a part of systemic vascular disease. Besides, kidney function and size have to be watched and....
