So a girl was mad at me so she screamed and yelled in my ear for a duration of around 2~3 minutes, no ringing but felt kinda full, should i be worried?

Not particularly: The force needed to rupture your ear drum is more intense than the usual mad screaming person. Something like a sudden explosion. Your hearing may be off for a day but I doubt it did something bad. If concerned have someone look at the ear drum to see if it is intact.
