I have dry skin on arms inside elbow was very red skin & sore now red in underarms & today under breasts doc gave me steroid cream & aquaphor. can i use aquaphor 4 breasts if heat rash? dont know if it is dry skin like arms or red from heat? i am 80

Infection : My main concern for you is infection of the skin or cellulitis and I believe you may need antibiotics for the skin. Please revisit your medical provider or urgent care good luck
