Diabetes: I am not surprised that she is tired. She has elevated blood sugars which will certainly cause fatigue. Does she have any signs of infection? The pain in her feet is from neuropathy - nerve damage from the diabetes. She needs to have a review of her medications and treatment and I would want to make sure she is taking them as well as rule out infection.

Diabetic neuropathy: Occurs in patients afflicted with diabetes. The theory is it is brought about by elevated sugars. In addition to traditional medications like lyrica, neuron ronin and cymbalta, high dose vitamin D injections and B COMPLEX like Metanx have been known to help. Topical capsaicin is also helpful, keeping blood sugar in normal range is crucial.
