When is the right time of my fertility?

Fertiltiy Window: The right time is near the time you are ovulating. If you have regular cycles at 28-30 day intervals, that is around day 12 - 16 of your cycle. You can use an ovulation predictor kit starting on day 10 of your cycle to see when is the most optimal time.

Ovulation timing: If you are talking about the best time to get pregnant...Then the optimal time for conception is 48 hours prior to and up to the day of ovulation. Therefore, start having intercourse a couple of days prior to when you actually ovulate and have intercourse every other day for a total of five times to help ensure sperm are there when you ovulate.
