Lifestyle changes ..: Lifestyle changes that may help include aiming for a normal weight if you're underweight or overweight, stopping smoking, avoiding heavy alcohol use, and avoiding illegal drugs as well as prescription narcotic pain meds. High caffeine intake may increase the risk of miscarriage, stick to one cup of brewed coffee a day. No well-proven herbs or supplements. See a rei specialist for help if not prego.

Depends: If you have been trying for over a year then you & your partner should be referred to a specialist for evaluation. Good health (good bmi), diet, no smoking, & timed sexual activity. Many couples use over the counter ovulation kits. Most women ovulate 14 days before their next period. If your cycles are 25 days, then you are likely ovulating around cycle day #11. You are most fertile cd#9 -13.
