No. Arterial vs veno: Plavix represents an entirely different class of blood thinners than Eliquis & Xarelto. Plavix (Clopidogrel) is an ARTERIAL blood thinner & stabilizes cholesterol plaques that are found in arteries. Eliquis / Xarelto are VENOUS (atrial) blood thinners that prevent pooled blood from clotting. The choice depends on the type of disease (arterial or venous?). TTYD or use HealthTap Prime to discuss.
