Low risk: Depending on size, some mini ally invasive techniques are possible.Asd fixed should be fine if no other cardiac damage previously. Still need to be a non smoker etc for long term!

It depends: Risk of surgery depends on age, other diseases you might have, overall heart function, and presence and reversibility of pulmonary hypertension.
