Mastoiditis in the past dont think i have it now but i get pains in that area,mild headaches,random pains around ears.no fever.could it be my neck?

Yes: Bone spurs or a bulging disk in the neck can impinge nerve root or nerves causing pain radiating to the back of the skull. Motions of your neck or certain head positions can precipitate symptoms. Your physician or a neurologist can evaluate and advise you. Appropriate tests can be ordered depending upon the evaluation.
