Needs evaluation: This could be nothing, but any change in a breast especially when accompanied by armpit discomfort where the nodes from the breast drain into, could be a sign of breast cancer. Do you also have breast cancer in your family? If your symptoms have lasted more than a few days, especially if lumps are present, then you should see your gynecologist for diagnosis.
