Probably Benign..: 31 y/o male says, Just noticed my fingertips appear to have a blue tinge this morning. No other symptoms- no breathing problems, pain, etc Should I be concerned. Did one sleep in a cold room w fingers exposed? Does one smoke? Has this happened before. Asymptomatic, probably benign. Watch how long it lasts.

How do you FEEL?: This just means the blood is flowing a bit slower there today, and more oxygen is being extracted. That's why they get bluer when the room temperature drops. If your exercise tolerance is unchanged, I would not be in the least concerned. Even the lighting can affect the perception of "cyanosis". Best wishes.
