Non cardiac pain: The good news is that this pain is almost certainly unrelated to your heart. While H. pylori won't cause pain itself, it can lead to an ulcer which can cause pain. This being said the timing of the pain is not typical for an ulcer. I'd recommend discussing it with your primary care provider.
