Many possible causes: There are a multitude of possible causes for chest discomfort. The visit to the emergency room was wise, and the normal tests show that you were not having a heart attack at that time, but does not rule out cardiac disease. You should see your primary md for further workup or referrral to a specialist if indicated.

Merits evaluation.: See your doctor. Describe the nature of the pain, its location, whether or not it is related to exertion, position or breathing. Your doctor will, in all likelihood, be able to decide what is causing the pain or what additional tests are advisable.

Probabely Chest wall: Dull ache in chest wall at your age, with normal ECG and blood test and no responce to lansoprazole your pain is probabely in the chest wall and you may need anti inflammatory pain meds like aleve (naproxen) or Motrin which is available over the counter.
