Yes: Fever, vomiting, ha & back pain, with or without a history of questionable food intake, are indications for a rapid medical evaluation. Kidney stones or infection & many systemic illnesses can be quickly ruled in or out with a physical exam, lab tests and urine sampling. Don't delay...Hope this helps.
