Hi i'm a type-2 diabetic. i'm on 2x1000mg glucophage per day. i also have glaucoma. i battle with headaches and to stay asleep during the night. what can i do?

Headaches and sleep: I might try Melatonin to help sleep. It is over the counter. Do the headaches wake you? I would assess you r pillow(s). Lastly, do you spend a long time staring at the computer, it may be time to get your eyes check.
