T2DM, glaucoma: Would test for sleep apnea as that can worsen DM and cause headaches, for glaucoma you need ophthalmology follow up and medication, the headaches can be from untreated glaucoma or glucose abnormalities , or sinusitis or sleep apnea or migraines or high blood pressure would follow up with neurology. . Have your primary coordinate the care.

Root cause: How much do you weigh or are you struggling with your weight? All of these issues could be related to obesity.

Headaches and sleep: I might try Melatonin to help sleep. It is over the counter. Do the headaches wake you? I would assess you r pillow(s). Too many, too hard, too soft, or what they are made of, you may have sensitivity to the material. The same with your mattress, maybe it is time for a new one, or an upgrade. Lastly, do you spend a long time staring at the computer, it may be time to get your eyes check.
