Exercise: and burning sensation. This MAY be from your recent workout after not doing so for a long time. It could be from something else so if it continues please see your doc. When we workout we build up lactic acid in our muscles which can cause pain. Be sure to warm up and cool down slowly. Muscle fibers tear and rebuild w/workouts. Peace and good health.
